Synopsis:Oscar-winning director Ron Howard (Da Vinci Code, A Beautiful Mind) brings to the screen writer Peter Morgan's (The Queen, The Last King of Scotland) electrifying battle between Richard Nixon, the disgraced president with a legacy to save, and David Frost, a jet-setting television personality with a name to make, in the untold story of the historic encounter that changed both: Frost/Nixon. Reprising their roles from Morgan's stageplay are Frank Langella, who won a Tony for his portrayal of Nixon, and Michael Sheen, who fully inhabited the part of Frost onstage in London and New York.

Enjoyable for history fans 40 out of 100
If you like history then you will probably enjoy this look back at watergate. they take a few liberties, esp with frost but all in all its worth a watch

I found the movie very long and drawn out. It had some funny one liners but to be honest if you don't have a real intereste in American politics or history then I would give it a pass.

This film is good from a historial perspective. Didnt feel that the representation of Frost was believeable. They made the character too effeminate.

It seems like an interesting idea. It probably is an interesting idea but this is just so boring. We get no real feel for Frost or Nixon and so don't really care what happens to them. No!

Frost Nixon 25 out of 100
Found this to be a bit disappointing to be honest. Michael Sheen i felt just gave a reprisal of his role from the queen. Frank Langella to be honest was good as Nixon but all the presidents men a better film in terms of the watergate affair

Really Gripping Flick! 45 out of 100
For a movie based around an interview, I was wondering if this would be pants! But it's actually a very intense drama full of tension and great acting. Makes you want to find out more about that part of America's history, it's that inspiring. I'll never view Throughn The Keyhole in quite the same way! Great film!

great political drama 45 out of 100
This certainly beat my expectations. I was primarily interested from a historical perspective as I didn't know a whole lot about Nixon and had never heard of these interviews. The film-making stands out though. Superb effort, very engaging. If you have even a passing interest in world events then you should find this very enjoyable.

Lets hear it for Nixon 45 out of 100
The premise, the most likable man meets the least likable man. Nixon is so well played that I was left questioning which was which, and would rather have spent an evening with Nixon then Frost. It’s a very good film that fails only because Nixon is so well done.

Very enjoyable from start to finish. Not sure how true to life it is but you can see how Frost went from tip toeing around Nixon to bringing him to his knees. Acting was fab. Really really enjoyed

Watergate 50 out of 100
In 1974 Richard Nixon resigned as President of the USA after the Watergate scandal. David Frost managed to interview him. An excellent film which is much bigger then the interview it is about. Michael Sheen is brilliant as Frost, showing his desperation and innocence, and and it was impossible not to think of Langella as Nixon. One of the few films that really deserved all the hype surrounding it.

How they stretched a movie out of this I don`t know but watchable ,very well acted out but is missing something most political thrillers have ,probably cause its based on something that was nearly forgotten about when they set the interview

A compelling movie from start to finish about one of the great David & Goliath battles in both the political and entertainment arenas. A movie about an interview sounds boring but this movie certainly isn't.

The pressure and strain of this highly tense interview is excellently played out, from the lack of financial backing to the contractual negotiations. I didnt expect to enjoy this so much.

brilliant!! 45 out of 100
This was an excellent movie, I thought at times that it was actually Richard Nixon playing himself. It also made me at times feel sorry for Nixon and gave me the impression that he genuinely believed he was doing the right thing. So it certainly turned my opinion on Nixon..for a short while at least....

Very watchable... 35 out of 100
...interesting, not as dully political as you might think - but then it is a Ron Howard movie!, with really wonderful performances from the two leads and and strong supporting cast... It is definitely worth a watch.
